Booking & cancellation

By booking a session you agree to the following terms:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made later than 24 hours, may be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • No‑shows, may be charged 100% of the session fee.

  • Cancellations are made via booking system (not via social media or email).

  • If you are unable to cancel or reschedule through the booking system, please contact me directly by email: hanna@vienoflow.com

  • If your reason for cancellation is illness or another unexpected and serious event, the cancellation can be made free of charge. To verify the reason for cancellation, a reliable document is required (e.g., a medical certificate).

  • Registration for events and courses:

    Participation is binding and payment is made upon registration. By registering, you agree to pay the participation fee.

  • If you are unable to attend yoga classes/courses, you can transfer your place to another person free of charge.

  • The organizer has the right to cancel the appointment/event due to force majeure, illness of the organizer or a family member.

  • The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. epidemics, natural phenomena, system outages).

Payment

Payment is done in advance when booking or by Swish after the session.

Payment for events and courses is made by Swish/card upon registration. If you prefer invoice, please let me know in advance.

Health & responsibility

My sessions are complementary and do not replace medical or psychiatric care. Please consult your doctor or healthcare provider for any medical concerns. You are always responsible for your own health, decisions and actions before, during and after the session.

You will take part in sessions, events, classes, retreats, or other services at your own risk and you are responsible for obtaining your own accident insurance.
You register and take part in the service voluntarily, aware of the general risks associated with the practice and activity.

Privacy

Your personal data (such as name, contact details and booking information) is handled in accordance with EU and Swedish data protection laws and is only used to manage your bookings, billing and communication. Your details are never sold to third parties.
