The core themes of FeminineYin® practice are femininity, cultivating your own power, and harmonizing the feminine and masculine.

FeminineYin® utilizes Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

This practise is trauma-informed, body- and emotional therapeutic practise. It is finding safety within, experiencing being held, descending to youself, into body connection, to hear your inner wisdom.

FeminineYin® increases your somatic awareness and teaches your mind to recognize subconscoius information that is only available in the body.

Asanas are the container for exploring yourself, your layers, emotions, body and mind.

We enter in the asanas always listening to the body and supporting it with bolsters and pillows.

There will be some intuitive movement, a vocal guides to relaxation and to different journeys. We can use painting, drawing, mind mapping and journaling depending of the class and it´s theme.

FeminineYin® guides you to be, rather than do, giving you the opportunity to pause, breathe and reflect on yourself. It helps you by guiding you to listen to your own body, your needs, and your inner cyclic wisdom.

Since the practice is restorative, we will be using a lot of support: pillows, bolsters, and blankets, so you can let yourself relax and feel held, activating the parasympathetic neorvous system and balancing the body and mind. The therapeutic nature of the practice comes from listening to yourself, the subtle messages from your body.

FeminineYin® is aiming to explore femininity, open your heart, and strengthen your intuition. When there is safety within, it allowes you to face your wounds and shadows, to work with emotional experiences, beliefs, and transgenerational themes as well as dismantling the unnecessary.

The practice, group, and 1:1 sessions can be done online, allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own home, with your own pillows and blankets. After the practice, there is no need to take you home; you can simply make yourself a hot cup of tea or take a warm shower and continue relaxing. Or at yogashala to get the feeling and power of physically uniting together as a group of women and share your experiences.
