hi, it´s me, hanna

A certified Intuitive Energy Healing practitioner and Therapeutic FeminineYin® facilitator.

A passionate student and wonderer of life.

I’ve always been fascinated by the unseen world. I remember being a little girl, standing in front of the mirror, looking into my own eyes and trying to recognize who was really there. Who am I? Why was I born in this body, when I could have been anyone?

From an early age, I simply knew things – what was about to happen, or what someone was just about to say. I had a very rich inner world and loved being in my own space. The usual norms felt too tight for me, as if I didn’t quite fit anywhere. Still, life carried me along, and I lived it “the way I was supposed to” – until my intuition was buried under rational thinking.

Like everyone, along the way I received my share of life lessons and layers to peel away. When I began this inner work, it slowly brought me closer to who I truly am. Through that process, I found a sense of freedom – the freedom to live more as myself, guided by my own inner knowing rather than by what was expected of me.

I have been working as a registered psychiatric nurse since 2015, and for the past few years, I’ve helped patients with psychological trauma. This experience has deepened my curiosity about the body and its inherent wisdom. During these years in my clinical work, I felt that something was missing. Unfortunately, in much of Western culture, the body, mind, and spirit are often seen as separate, yet true well-being and balance arise only when they are integrated. I like to see the root cause behind the symptoms and learn to heal and cure them. Traditional Chinese Medicine has played a big role in my own health and well-being, and I learn more about myself by applying its wisdom to my life.

Eventually, I stepped away from clinical work, began a journey toward a more holistic way of working, and found a deeper way of being in service.

I completed the year-long Intuitive Energy Healing training with Safiirin Kuiske and graduated in August 2025. The training involved extensive inner work, opening myself more deeply to my own growth process and my gifts. A journey toward wholeness – all of which are essential for supporting others from an integrated, embodied place. During the training, I also completed 40 hours of practical client sessions, which gave me grounded, hands-on experience in holding space and responding intuitively to each client’s needs.

My passion for experiential learning didn’t stop there. I started a deep dive into my own womanhood – exploring the feminine and the masculine, the womb, the heart, and intuition – in the Therapeutic FeminineYin® Facilitator training with Jenni Kivikoski.

I love learning from teachers and from my own inner wisdom, and then allowing feminine creation to bring it all to life. This is the heart of my practice: to hold a safe, embodied space where you can be yourself, become visible to yourself, and reconnect with your own wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and step into your wholeness.

Nature is my nature.

The rocks of the earth are my father, my refuge, my guide.

The lakes and rivers are my mother, my flow.

The forest is my medicine and source of love, she who brings clarity to my thoughts, inspiration, and ideas.

The wind blows away my sorrows, dries up my tears, and brings playfulness and laughter.

…AND the founder

of

VienoFlow!

A minimalist design featuring the words "VienoFlow" in stylized black handwritten font and earth and sky uniting logo of overlapping black lines forming a diamond shape on a light background.

“Vieno was my grandmother’s name. She loved the forest, berry picking, poems, and dancing. She was creative with her hands; I still have rugs she wove that are now on the floor of my home.

Vieno means ‘soft’ and ‘gentle’ in Finnish. It is an adjective often used to describe, for example, the wind – e.g., vieno tuulenvire – a soft breeze.”

VienoFlow was born from a passion to create something holistic and down-to-earth:

To bring energy healing into the awareness and practice of everyday people, helping them maintain health and heal from illness.

To demystify energy work and increase awareness of its benefits.

To empower women to come home to their bodies, reconnect with their inner wisdom and authenticity. To express their womanhood through movement and the way of living.

And to listen to their hearts, their individual moon cycles, and their intuition.

To come back to basics, to the roots.

To emphasize connection with nature and to learn from it.

To respect our precious Mother Earth.

Smile

“A smile is a song, a poem of the heart's language.

It beautifies a person's mind

It can dry tears

It can make the paths of life blossom

It can be given as a gift to others

It can be saved as an altar of sacrifice for one's own dreams”
